The Private Garages at StoneGate have a planned community of over 150 garages that are visible from Highway 69 in south Johnson County, Kansas and are adjacent to the High Performance Racing Club, a 2 mile Championship track that is under construction.  The Private Garages are multi-purpose storage and entertainment spaces with special privileges to the private track and other amenities.

The features, pricing, and site provide fantastic options for all motorsports enthusiasts. Each unit is a fully customizable 2 1/2 story space for a full garage and workspace. It can be used as a private office, urban cabin, or getaway space. Imagine the possibilities!

Pricing Estimates, Configurations & Options

Pricing is based on square footage. Garage condominiums come in a variety of sizes and configurations to suit your needs.

Our smallest garage in Phase 1 is 27′ x 35′ (approximately 1050 sq ft.)  and starts at $134,500. A standard garage is 27′ W x 45′ D (approximately 1200 sq ft.) without mezzanine space.

Priority for garages is based on the date on which deposits are received by qualified buyers. Because each condo is fully customizable, we do not email pricing estimates. Estimates are completed as part of a tour of the facility and a conversation about customization costs.
